What have you done to my son’s brain?
It started with “The kick off”, which you signed for him when you visited his school. Then was the “Shoot to win” followed by the “Golden goal”, which is the one he is currently reading. Today he just said to me, “Mom, you better order the next one because this one only have 5 chapters left to read”.

Hi,
I wanted to say how much my son and I have enjoyed your books. We have read one after the other at bedtime, including skills from Brazil, and loved them all.
However, we were somewhat surprised at the end of the last book, to not know what happens to Jamie in the hawk stone vs Real Madrid game.
Did you publish any endings to the book or have you written any more?
They really brought us together every evening, thank you

I am so pleased to hear that both you and your son have enjoyed reading the JJ books at bedtime and how they have brought you together. It’s a very special time!
The ending of Final Whistle leads to alot of discussion about what might happen to Jamie next and I often encourage kids to write a different ending themselves and send it to me to possibly be published on the website … this has even been a competition in schools! It was intended as the final book in the series … but could also lead on to another story altogether!
